BUILDING CITIES
ENHANCING LIVES

Charles Baudelaire said that “the form of a city changes faster than a mortal’s heart”. This is so true that our society is now experiencing an ecological transformation that will affect all our daily lives.

When we have satisfied users’ concerns with respect for the environment, and only then, we will be able to say that we have responded to the challenges of urban transformation.

WORKING DIFFERENTLY

Groupe ALSEI’s fully-renovated headquarters is designed to encourage a focus on projects, with multiple spaces for work in pairs or small groups, communicating by video conferencing and friendly discussion.

A materials library with an original design is a place that has become typical of this evolution in working methods, and a huge meeting space known as “L’Ami-temps” is a now the preferred venue for informal discussion and relaxation.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL
POLICY

Keenly aware of its environmental impact, Groupe ALSEI has introduced a waste reduction policy at its offices – limiting the use of paper, reducing energy consumption, connected meeting rooms, installing recycling bins, no plastic supplies or individual waste bins etc.

A NATIONAL PRESENCE

Guided by respect for its values and the need to be close to its clients, Groupe ALSEI has developed a national network to complement its headquarters in Paris, consisting of several offices spread across mainland France and Réunion.

This closeness is a strength that enables the Group to offer the ideal response to each region’s needs, regardless of the challenges and problems it may encounter.
