On 21 October 2019, 72 of the group’s employees moved to 251 boulevard Pereire in Paris, which provides 1,050 m² of fully renovated and redeveloped space.
Marking the move, Groupe ALSEI restructured its organisation chart and created a new entity, ALSEI ENTREPRISE. Groupe ALSEI becomes the group’s lead holding company, with four main subsidiaries:
✓ ALSEI ENTREPRISE for business property activities;
✓ DAVRIL PROMOTION for residential property in mainland France;
✓ AIC (ALSEI Ingénierie Construction) for project management;
✓ Groupe OPALE ALSEI for all property development activities in Réunion.
Groupe ALSEI now covers all segments of the property market, with over 100 employees and revenues of over €120 million in 2019.
